Why did my audit return zero pages?

The crawler follows /robots.txt and skips auth-walled SPA routes (/dashboard, /api, /signin, /_next, etc.). If your site is entirely behind a login, paste a page's HTML directly into the audit form instead — paste-mode skips the crawler.

Which AI engines does ApexGEO monitor?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Copilot, and Mistral are tracked by default. Cohere, Llama, OpenAI Search, Janus, Qwen and Kimi are available on higher plans. Add or remove engines per brand from the dashboard's monitoring tab.

My score dropped after the latest deploy — what happened?

Score drops after a crawler update usually mean the audit got more accurate, not that your site got worse. The 2026-05-13 release expanded full crawls from a single page to 50 pages by default, which surfaced previously-uncounted findings.

Can I change my plan or cancel?

Yes — open the dashboard, go to Settings → Billing, and use the Stripe customer portal (or the Paystack subscription page for SA customers). Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Where do I report a security issue?

Email [email protected] with a description and reproduction steps. We respond within one business day and never penalise good-faith disclosures.

Free plan support

Free-tier customers can email support and read the docs, but our SLA only applies to paid plans and active trials. For urgent issues, upgrade to a paid plan and we'll prioritise your queue.
